Shipping Info
Unlock codes for Magicard ID Professional are emailed to the customer within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. Documentation for software is available online when you link from the software installation or from www.magicard.us.
Orders for custom HoloKote Keys are typically shipped within 1 week of receipt of order and payment. In extremely high demand situations, custom keys may take up to 2 weeks before shipment. Shipping and handling costs are included for standard mail delivery of HoloKote Keys. Orders will be shipped from our factory, and the normal delivery time is 5-7 business days from ship date. Due to variation of postal service in different areas, some deliveries may take a little longer.
Guarantee
Magicard ID Professional orders are non-refundable. To ensure product satisfaction, customers may download a free version of the software for evaluation prior to purchase. The free version is limited to 50 records. By entering the purchased unlock code, you may continue using the starter version without losing your data, or you may start from a new installation.
